Rick and his team at Claro just completed a 3-4 month piece of work to open up a large internal space—remove interior wall and install a high spec kitchen/living room. The result is fantastic and we are really pleased. Rick has setup something relatively unique in that he has a keen desire to work on contemporary projects at a competitive price. I am most impressed with his attention to detail e.g. his focus on componentry like door locks, architraves etc. Throughout the project, the floor was mopped every night to respect the fact we were living on site and I even caught him cleaning the windows on the last day—I don't think many builders show that much respect to their end product. I strongly recommend.
